Fiedler Law Firm Fights to Protect Teens from Sexual Harassment

On December 27, 2017, Fiedler Law Firm, PLC filed a lawsuit against Wellman’s Pub and Rooftop, the bar’s General Manager, and two of the bar’s managers, on behalf of clients Kennedy and Sydney Feuerhelm and their mother, Mary Feuerhelm. The lawsuit alleges that a Wellman’s cook sexually harassed Kennedy and Sydney, who were both just 16 years old at the time. The lawsuit further alleges that Wellman’s management knew about the harassment and that Wellman’s retaliated against the girls for reporting the sexual harassment they suffered.
